Probably that I have three cats, including a white short hair that sheds like 1000 dogs and a dark blue velvety sofa.That’s sofa has the perfect spot to curl up and watch birds out the window. For the cats, not me. As for me, I would like to say that I never sat on that sofa after a sweaty Austin day, but this would not be true. Rather than offend you with the crabby details, I’m just going to say that this couch was used a lot. It was time for it to be cleaned. During the cleaning the Tech advised me that we had a little accident. No worries, I appreciated the honesty. After he left, I noticed I had one other item that we had not realized was part of the incident. Ifthe item was low dollar I would have just moved on. I immediately reported the loss to their office. Within 45min of my report, the amazing front office & management had secured the facts of the incident and resolved the issue with a replacement order from the vendor of my damaged item.
