I had several concerns about pet stains on my carpet as well as whether or not the wet carpets would present a hazard for my mobility impaired 86 yo mother. The service schedulers had suggestions for each concern. When Noel and Angel arrived they were professional, friendly and very careful. They had a solution for everything I was concerned about and they executed the plan perfectly. I also had my dryer vent cleaned for the first time and Angel went above and beyond to correct a longstanding problem there. Probably that I have three cats, including a white short hair that sheds like 1000 dogs and a dark blue velvety sofa.That’s sofa has the perfect spot to curl up and watch birds out the window. During the cleaning the Tech advised me that we had a little accident. No worries, I appreciated the honesty. After he left, I noticed I had one other item that we had not realized was part of the incident. Ifthe item was low dollar I would have just moved on. I immediately reported the loss to their office.
